Terry Bushell is the founder of Fostering Life, Inc. She spent a great amount of time volunteering as a Fulton County Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children. Her passion for children has been an intricate part of her life. Her professional experience spans the USA and Europe.
The board for FLI is comprised of attorneys, teachers, psychologists, dieticians and other professionals. Through this mix of talent, FLI will be able to fulfill its mission of "building lives while building character".

The mission of FLI is to develop an on-going program that focuses on developing youths to become responsible and contributing adults. The program will focus on the total being of its participants’ emotional growth, economic empowerment, as well as spiritual and physical well-being.
FLI encourages each participant to release the full potential within through role playing, working, learning and contributing. FLI believes in "building lives while building character".
FLI operates as a not-for-profit organization that focuses on the total well-being of foster-care teens. It engages program incentives to keep its participants motivated and excited about life and life’s expectations. FLI wants each participant to learn that “to whom much is given, much is required.”
